Delivery Times
NEELO offers fast and reliable delivery of your order to your address, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days (does not apply to custom-ordered items or items that are not in stock).

Inspection Before Payment
You may inspect the product on-site before payment.

If You Are Not Present at the Address
If you are not present at the address you provided during the delivery window, and/or access to the delivery address is not provided, NEELO is released from its obligation to deliver the ordered goods. In this case, the customer forfeits their rights regarding the order.

Shipping Costs for Returns or Complaints
Shipping costs associated with the exchange, return, or complaint regarding a product purchased from NEELO are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipments Sent to NEELO
All shipments sent to NEELO at our expense will be refused or returned to the sender unless they have been previously agreed upon with one of our representatives under individual terms.
